The formula

33% TCA, H₂O₂ and kojic acid

The formula contains 33% trichloroacetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid. Thanks to the particular combination of TCA and H₂O₂ the skin can be stimulated intensively without the typical frosting and heavy flaking known from traditional TCA peels.

What makes PRX-T33 special?

PRX-T33 is not a classic peel where we try to make the top layer of skin flake off heavily. The treatment is applied in different layers using a special massage technique and is designed to revitalise the skin and improve radiance, firmness, elasticity and skin texture, without needles. A treatment itself takes a relatively short time and there is normally no long recovery period or strong visible peeling. This makes PRX-T33 interesting for people who want to work on skin improvement without disappearing from daily life for several days.

What do you feel during the treatment? The treatment is usually easy to tolerate. While it is being massaged in, the skin may tingle, prickle or feel warm. The intensity varies per person and per zone. We follow the skin's reaction during each application and adjust the number of layers and the intensity accordingly. After the treatment the skin may be temporarily red or sensitive, but most clients experience little to no downtime.

For a quick glow, a single treatment can already be beautiful. For real, targeted skin improvement, we recommend a full course.

How the Hollywood Treatment works

Skin analysis & preparation

Before the treatment, we first look at the condition of the skin and determine which zones need extra attention. The skin is then carefully cleansed and prepared for the treatment.

First application of PRX-T33

PRX-T33 is applied to the skin in small amounts and carefully worked in with a specific massage technique. We treat the face step by step and continuously observe how the skin responds. During this phase, a slight warmth or tingling may be felt.

Build-up in different layers

PRX-T33 is not simply applied to the skin as a mask. The treatment is built up layer by layer. Depending on the skin condition, sensitivity and area, several applications may be carried out. Each layer is worked into the skin with controlled massage movements before moving on to the next. On sensitive zones, such as around the eyes, we naturally work more carefully.

Intensive treatment of specific zones

Zones where there is, for example, loss of firmness, fine lines, an irregular skin texture or pigmentation can receive extra attention during the treatment. The intensity of the treatment is always adjusted to the individual skin.

Removing PRX-T33

Once all necessary applications have been carried out, the remaining product residue is carefully removed from the skin with water. The skin is then assessed again.

Hydration & finishing care

After PRX-T33, the skin needs suitable care. We therefore finish the treatment with a hydrating and nourishing cream that helps support skin comfort and care for the skin barrier.

How many treatments are needed?

Although the skin can often already look fresher, smoother and firmer after the first PRX-T33 treatment, we recommend a course for an optimal and longer-lasting result. For intensive skin improvement we generally recommend 4 to 5 treatments, with an interval of about 1 week. By carrying out the treatments shortly after each other, we build up the effect gradually and can work more specifically on the skin condition. The exact number of treatments is always adjusted to the skin condition and the desired result. After completing the course, individual maintenance treatments can be scheduled to regularly stimulate the skin again and support the result. How often this is needed is determined individually based on the skin and its needs. PRX-T33 can also be carried out as a single treatment when you are mainly looking for a quick refresh and a nice glow, for example before a special occasion.
